You explained that well. I think I understand now. :-)
For this to work we will need to create a plugin for our phpWebSite. Am I
correct?

I think we should implement the .help script first, because it doesn't
require that we create a phpWS plugin to work. After the plugin is created
we should incorporate the .help script into the package web interface.
I'll need a lot of help to create a php plugin that can search or packages,
and return appropriate files.
BTW, I added an AddType directive for .help to our .htaccess file.
