Charles, & Scott,
I sent email to them asking if they would like to affiliate with us for the
base, and firewall portions of their project. Their WRP development could
easily be called a LEAF release.
I believe the rest of the NoCat project doesn't fall within our stated
goals, that's why I asked them to affiliate rather than join.
