I've updated the 'normal' series kernels to include serial port console
support.

I've also slightly re-arranged the files. The kernel directories now only
contain the kernels, config files, modules, and readme file. There is a new
source directory that includes the config files, patches, additional device
drivers, and scripts to build the kernel source. This was seperated out
from the kernel directories to save space, and make downloads easier (most
folks looking for a tar.gz of all the modules don't need the kernel source,
& vice versa, and there's no need for several copies of identical source
files in the seperate kernel trees).

Finally, I'm compiling some RAID kernels right now. Hopefully I'll be able
to get them online today, although I won't be able to test them until next
week.
