You might want to repost this file with an extension that your Web server
recognizes as indicating a binary file (such as the .bin you use for
EigerStein). My Netscape-on-Windows system tries to download it at text,
with the familiar problems attendant to that.
(wget on Linux, of course, has no problem downloading it, so I do have a
copy to test.)
