4096 ports beginning at 61000.

I _think_ it removes the restriction that return udp packets come from the
host to which they were sent, which allows a set of computers to send udp
packets to each other without requiring that a udp packet first leave the
masqing network in every case.  Useful when running games, but leaves you
open to receiving DOS or malformed packets to that port while the masq is
active.
