Heh.  I could have mentioned Oxygen in the body.

It's supposed to work the same, but the
problem is that something's broken in a fresh
disk image of Oxygen.  It prints ??? for the
timezone instead of CST, which is what David
had it set for.

No matter what I try, I can't get a timezone
listed, and the result is that dates can't
be handled correctly.
