I've been working on a problem with the date/time. Given the
appropriate /etc/localtime file and /usr/share/zoneinfo tree, GNU
/bin/date works - but busybox date does not (both 0.60.1 and 0.60.0).
I don't know why. I updated /etc/timezone to create /etc/localtime
and /usr/share/zoneinfo/localtime - and to set both TZ and TZDIR.
None of this matters to busybox date apparently - instead of a
timezone it prints ???.

In a full distribution, both busybox date and GNU date work. In my
floppy distro, GNU date works, and busybox date does not.

I'll take a look at the busybox source after a while....

VERSIONS:

busybox versions 0.60.0 and 0.60.1
GNU date - from sh-utils 2.0
