Yes, I read that message and much of that thread.  I still do not see my
issues as setup/configuration related; which appears to be the gist of
this thread.

Regarding additions, I believe it remains to be seen where this issue
goes and how it is resolved -- perhaps, then suggested additions shall
be in order.
