hello fellows

As you might know I've worked the last four month on a Dachstein CD
based on glibc 2.1.3..

While working on it I included some bugfixes, some enhancements and I
tried to stay in sync with all the necessary security updates.

The latest release updates e3, openssh, libz, squid, glibc 2.1.3 and
fixes ipmail/ POSIXness.mail to run from init.

I've made a small change in the revision no. from 1.0.2 to 1.0.2.1 to
distinguish this version from Charles original version.

Also moved the ISO and all packages to the cvs-repository .

Weeks ago I've asked if there is interest for a glibc-2.1.3 based
floppy, which might be possible, but nobody replied that there is
urgent need. I agree - a regular dachstein-floppy solves all the user
needs. Updates available on the CD might only be useful for CD-users.

I'll intend to fix bugs if necessary and to update packages if there
will be again security-related fixes, since this image is used in
production environments.

In the future I'd like to see a Bering-CD.

regards kp
