Hello,

as requested by Jacques I post the first version of a script which
creates bering-CDs "automatically". It does all the steps
mentioned in the user's guide.

it needs the following the files as input:
../download/Bering_1.0-rc2_img_bering_1680.bin
../download/Bering_1.0-rc2_modules_2.4.18.tar.gz
../download/syslinux-1.67.tar.gz

in addition You can place "unpacked" modified files in the
directory ../config/<pkgname>. For example You can
put a modified version /etc/hosts in ../config/etc/etc/hosts and
this will overwrite the original file.

The script contains lists of the installed pkgs, modules etc. at the top of the file.
They will be used to install the needed files and generate the right *.cfg entries.
Eg.
img_pkgs="root etc local modules keyboard ppp pppoe dhcpd \
    dnscache shorwall log weblet"
other_pkgs="daemontl ez-ipupd libm libz sshkey ssh sshd sftp \
    openssl mawk ipsec509"

May be in a next version of the script I will put this configuration info
in a separate file to produce different CDs with one script.

Other topic for the next version is an automatic ipsec setup.

Any comments ?

Heinz
