Take a weekend and do a version of LFS (LInux from Scratch), you'll
learn more from that than most people want to... quite a tool to learn
about the Linux core and how it works together.  ;-)

Great, we can always use more help with the docs!
I need to finish updating the FAQ's (sticky-note), but almost everything
else needs to be updated to xhtml-strict (howto's, guides). Mike N can 
probably tell you where the updates are most needed. I really need to 
finish the FAQ's.....
