Hello everybody My name is Erich Titl (aka Mega). I have been following the LEAF mailing list for roughly a year now. I started with LEAF because I needed a NAT router/firewall for the holiday apartments which the parents of my girl friend rent out. I had a few old PC's rotting in the corner and was more prepared to spend time than money for this project. Actually I am a pretty old hand at *X systems (I even twiddled some version 7 machines) but the experience I made in this list were extremely interesting and educative. Right now most of my experience with the LEAF project is around that single Dachstein engine up in the swiss alps and my own experimental box in my lab. My main interest right now is trying to enhance weblet functionality, possibly to a web based config and building a few tools to make the repackaging of CD based distributions easier, the motivation coming from the flash vs. floppy discussion a few weeks (months?) ago. One of the first things should be a Dachstein CD packaging environment based on the latest isolinux distribution from Peter H Anvin without the need of a floppy image (I hope Charles does not mind).
So thanks in advance to bear with me and cheers to everyone who pioneered...(and the followers too) CU Erich v/o Mega THINK Pntenstrasse 39 8143 Stallikon mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] PGP Fingerprint: BC9A 25BC 3954 3BC8 C024 8D8A B7D4 FF9D 05B8 0A16 ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ Leaf-devel mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/leaf-devel
