The fatal captain's log from the history file:
cd /home/edrive/leaf/devel/dr_kludge/GilaMonster
cd ..
ls
cvs -d:ext:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/leaf import -I ! "devel/dr_kludge/GilaMonster" vendor start

I read the docs at SF and the CVS home page. I think this a cvs newbie error.

Mike, please have SF staff remove the lowest directory in the path below. The lowest GilaMonster directory was created in error. I checked in copies of the files to the directory above the one I would like removed.
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/leaf/devel/dr_kludge/GilaMonster/GilaMonster/

Thanks,
Greg Morgan
