I reordered the guides per your and Jacques's request. Please let me
know if the change is what you were looking for.
Note: the double title for the Bering Installation and Bering
Developers guides is necessary at this time. I'll be able to remove
this problem after converting these guides from article to book.

I'm not happy with the TOC generation or the chunking that is happening
with our current XSL transform. I'm investigating ways to improve the
output.
Also, I'm working on pdf generation. Saxon and Java are available on the
SF shell, but I'm having a hard time locating fop.jar.
