Alexey, As far as I know Vladimir is still working on WISP-Dist. He is active on leaf-user, and his Beta development site has a version that is only a couple of days old.

I'm trying to develop new version based on previous work with some new features and web-based configuration interface. If anybody intersting in this project please contact me. It will be a pity if such great project will die.
I have working development tree and CD version that boots and runs, but I need to discuss my ideas with professionals.
