Some discussion of this might be profitable.
I think so, too. Shall we start?
I really do think we can work through this, I do. We just need to talk it through.
We should probably start up a task force of some kind consisting at least one each of coder, networking specialist, system engineer, packager, and communicator (to encapsulate things and document better than any of us has done, then communicate it back to the list and take feedback, possibly drawing pictures along the way). I don't know if Eric or Lynn has the time to rejoin the team, but I am game now (new job transition is nearly over so I should be freeing up quite a bit any day now).
If anyone sees their job title in the above list, please ask Mike for write access to the repository and let me know so we can start right away. Until then, we should keep throwing ideas out to the list and gathering them up to make sense of them.
Ray, I will attempt to draw out a better view of my concepts for the leaf-tools. Possibly with pictures, if I can muster it. It all fits inside my head quite neatly, but splashes out all over the place when it hits the list. If I can just get it on paper in a way that folks can understand it, I am sure everyone will think what we have is a pretty good start.
Thanks, Chad
