A more correct way to pass your parameters to the wd1100 rather then
echoing to the /proc can be done as follows. I had not seen this example
shown in anywhere in the archives.
Hmmm, to be always correct is a very difficult thing. Things being
absolutely correct in the western hemisphere may be totally wrong far
east. You can only pass parameters this way at module loading time though.
# watchdog
wd1100 timeout=20 graceful=0
It looks like you are using a differrent wd1100 driver than me. Could
you tell us where you got that one from?
