The Bering-uClibc team releases Bering-uClibc 2.3 beta1 today. This release moves Bering-uClibc to Linux kernel version 2.4.29 and a kernel built with gcc 3.3. Additionally a few minor bugs has been fixed and a lot of the base packages has been updated.
But more important, though less visible, for further development: All packages have been built and packaged the first time ever solely with the Bering-uClibc buildtool environment, which also available in our cvs tree for other developers. For a complete changelog please read: http://leaf.sourceforge.net/bering-uclibc/index.php?module=pagemaster&PAGE_user_op=view_page&PAGE_id=2&MMN_position=2:2 Please note, that kernel-related packages have now their own cvs repository - the packages page will move you to the right direction. Other packages shouldn't be affected (with the known issue for squid). The floppy images, ISO image, ipv6 addon and a modules tarball are available in the FRS: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=13751&package_id=67534&release_id=316201 Please send your notes, bug reports, feature requests or whatelse you'll like to add to the LEAF mailing-lists.
