I recall suggesting this. Just as an example, one fine day Bering uClibc
will move to a new uClibc version. You will be facing the same problem
porting the entire webconf.lrp and possibly creating redundant stuff,
possibly requiring backports if previous uClibc versions should support
features introduced later in the scripting part of webconf.
