I done that.

They are not on the main tree, so you need just two modifications in 
conf/sources.cfg like that:

After this, you'll see the package in describe and so.

It was easy to write doc :).

Don't know if is the "best way" to do a thing like that (integrate a 
devel buildtoool.[mk,cfg]).
