For 2.6.32 it'll be good to have 64M RAM or more. And 64M RAM for 486 is practically impossible thing. Also, now we compile all for i686 platform (PPro/PII or higher) which have much fresher BIOS. And I don't sure that it's actual to assemble LEAFv4 even for P1 - it'll give performance drop comparing to i686 build, but may be reasonable only for hardware like Geode boards (for others - it'll be better to take some PIII/PII PC, and forget headache with memory and devices compatibility).
