It looks like trouble is caused by team uClibc-0.9.30.x+gcc-3.3...3.4 - 
it's really bug in uClibc. https://bugs.busybox.net/show_bug.cgi?id=327 
- same trouble.
Even I created dummy file (that in main() just return 0), and run via 
buildtool.mk `gcc main.c -o test1 -lpthread` - as result I have segfault...
I try to post bug to uClibc developer, and try to re-assemble 
uClibc/pthread with new code (now it is assembled with 'old & stable' code).
