After rebuilding kernel by hand with gcc-4.4.3 (my host compiler on 
development PC) with same config - wireless works OK. And even kernel 
has smaller in size (~1340K vs ~1380K), and moddb/initrd are also smaller.
I'll report to kernel bugzilla this result when it'll be online (it 
looks like it's ddosed now - it has troubles with it's database). I 
don't know, how much it'll help for developers - I suspect that somebody 
needs to make bisection, possible - even for full tree, not just 
wireless (maybe trouble is related to lot of warnings in header files).
Another way - to migrate to fresh gcc, but it looks not simple too...
