But where would we deploy such modules, there has been a discussion
whether they belong in the openswan.lrp or the moddb.lrp. Typically such
modules will be saved in moddb, but we need to provide a container to
fetch them from for the first time. The same may be true for a number of
NIC drivers. Some platforms will not provide sufficient storage for a
fully populated module tarball.
