Cross-compilation will require seriously toolchain modifications. It was 
targetted to compile x86 on x86 for many years, I made some hacks to 
cross-compile x86 on x86_64 - but it still looks ugly.
Maybe in 4.1 I'll look on toolchain closer. Now I have experience with 
'true' cross-compilation, and I know how it is made. But I still don't 
know in what way it'll be right to adopt current buildenv for true 
cross-compilation with minimal time loss. Of course, this will require 
full package's makefile revision.
