At first look on documentation - it looks like enough complex system 
that is covered by enough simple front-end - and IMHO such type of 
systems usually are hard in customization for needed objectives.
Integrated qemu for testing looks good, but I suspect that it's working 
only with GUI.
If you use it, I have a question: it has possibility to work in this 
buildenv w/o GUI, just from CLI terminal? Even w/o all features, just 
package building/editing?
