maybe Pablo is right and we should use OpenSwan 2.6.37, it may be worth
a try.

Currently my development evironment is a mess, so you better contact
leaf-user once you can determine that it depends on this.

I am not sure the problem goes away by just using the latest version.
You don't have a connection description with aggrmode=yes and I believe
this is mandatory for aggressive mode connections.
