Hi Folks

This has driven me crazy for a long time and was the reason for a number
of quirks in the makefiles.

When calling 'build' the buildtool passes the parameters defined in
buildtool.cfg to the environment and thus to the makefile.

here...

buildtool::Make::Source::_makeEnvString:envstring=
OPENSWAN_ANDROID_ICS_NATOA=openswan-2.6.38-android-ics-natoa.patch
OPENSWAN_SOURCE=openswan-2.6.37.tar.gz LANG=C

When calling srcclean this does not happen for whatever reason and it
bumps up cleaning quite a bit, as one cannot rely on those parameters.

Could someone please look into that perl jungle to root it out. IMHO we
need to pass the parameters defined in the config files to the
environment in any case.

Thanks

Erich
