But as I wrote

Not saving modules loaded from sqfs is accomplished by adding those to

/var/lib/lrpkg/modules.sqfs

What is this file for? If it is used to tell which modules to fetch from where then the whole point of autodetection is questionable?

Unless there is a good reason for this file, which I don't understand, get rid of it.
