kernel: updated to upstream version 6.18.35
changed build to use olddefconfig instead oldconfig, inline with kernel
developers view of updating from
one kernel release to another, simplifying upgrading and necessary to build
all archs.
Note: it is also now necessary to have closer lookup to kernel changes
before, because you won't be asked for
new features and changes by default.

build fails due to missing 32bit support in accel-pppd
