You aren't completely clear here. There is an old ssh 1.5 package -
both servers and clients. Recently someone released a packaged
openssh, though it was huge. So the programs are available,
certainly.
One FAQ is: How Do I Put SSH onto My Boot Disk with My Other Stuff?
The simple answer is you can't. The complex answer is, see what you
can live with and without, or set up a network server and load from
that, or boot with multiple disks, or use a small hard drive or IDE
flash card.....
