That's something I can't answer for sure.  I thought 
I'd seen mention of the following /etc/modules syntax 
in the list:

(module) -o (alias1),(alias2)

But I can't find it to confirm.  Looking at the 
insmod manpage also doesn't confirm that this syntax 
will work, but it doesn't discount it either.

I'm just happy to finally be able to contribute 
something.
