"Pushers"?  Really.... they were the main distribution point for both,
and offered a LOT of good things.  I still have my disk of Internet
RFCs, IETFs, etc., etc., that they sold.  They did a lot of good.

I thought the copyright business was related to the author's work on the
SourceForge software - he had been working on SourceForge and the
software was released under the GPL - until it commercialized.
