The PPPoE packages seem to work.  I have a production system I'm supporting
in France I just brought online with the PPPoE packages found on the CD
(slightly modified versions of Kenneth Hadley's packages).  I don't have a
floppy image available yet, but you could easily copy the pppoe and pppd
packages from the CD-Contents folder on the website to your floppy.  Setup
your external interface to be ppp0, and you should be up and running...

I would still appreciate any testing other folks can do using these
packages, so let me know if you try it and it works (or doesn't).  Notes on
what's required to turn the existing floppy image into a working pppoe
firewall would be quite welcome, as well.
