There are several example configurations at the FreeS/WAN site. There's no single working configuration, since it varies depending on what authentication method you're using, what type of tunnels you're trying to bring up (host-host, host-subnet, or subnet-subnet), and many other details. Read through the examples and the configuration docs from the FreeS/WAN site, and if you're stuck, try to ask a specific question and someone on this list or the freeswan list will probably be able to help (this list is more responsive, but lacks the breadth of experience configuring ipsec you'll find on the freeswan list).
