This is the 'listen' IP for DNSCache. I changed it to 0.0.0.0, since I have configured the firewall to use 127.0.0.1 for a DNS server, which eliminates the need to put the internal IP in the prepend statement of dhclient.conf...one less thing to change if someone alters the internal network numbering.
