or better yet,

 sshd: 10.0.0.2

where I show 10.0.0.2 as your work ip address, which you should replace
appropriately, or

 sshd: 10.0.0.2 192.168.1.

to also allow connections from any of the 256 ips in a network (such as
your LAN), or

 sshd: 10.0.0.0/255.255.255.248 192.168.1

is a notation that can be used for networks with "nonstandard" numbers of
ips, such as if your work has a 5-ip static DSL network.

Search for or invoke on a full *nix box: "man hosts_access"
