A "martian" is a packet that comes from an IP address that has no business
being on the interface it comes in on. Without knowing what interface eth2
is on your system, and what IP addresses you are using on the various
interfaces (roughly speaking, what your routing table looks like), I cannot
tell you what you can do to "avoid it from happening" (maybe nothing, BTW,
as is might be reporting an error condition outside your control, where, for
example, another user of your ISP is letting private-address packets leak
onto the public net).
One thing -- to read the martian addresses, you break them into quads and
read them backwards. For example, taking one of your martians:
(Destination) (Source)
030aa8c0 f48388d8
becomes
03 0a a8 c0 f4 83 88 d8
which you reverse to
c0 a8 0a 03 d8 88 83 f4
These are hex numbers, which translate to the decimal addresses
192.168.10.3 216.136.131.244
