Not exactly what you are specifying, but it is what I use in this situation. It has dhcpd, and also Samba for file serving, an email server, webmail, and the Apache web server. Very, very easy to setup and administer. But it requires a hard drive. For my money (and time) - this has been the best server to put behind my LEAF firewall. Mine at home is running on a Pentium 100 with 32-48 meg memory on 2 gig hard drive.
