Geir: I have never tried pptp tunnels with Bering but I am very much interested in the results of your test if some fixes are needed and also to document that a bit. Bering pptp was built following exactly the descriptions given on Tom's site http://www.shorewall.net/PPTP.htm
Are you sure you are using the good patched version of pppd ? You cannot use the ppp.lrp package provided with Bering directly. You need to replace the pppd program in ppp.lrp by it's patched version.
