Sure is.  I use Michael Schleif's ntpclnt.lrp from
http://leaf.sourceforge.net/devel/helices/ntpclient/ .
There's also ntpclient.lrp in the glibc-2.0 package tree at
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/leaf/bin/packages/glibc-2.0/

I just added a line like this:

  30 6    * * *   root    ntpclient -s -h ntpserver && hwclock --systohc

to /etc/crontab.  You could also modify updatetime() in
/etc/cron.daily/multicron-d .
