However, it most cases it's too big and not worth putting in a LEAF system. gcc is gargantuan - getting it into a LEAF system isn't worth the effort. If you want to develop for LEAF, use a separate full Linux installation with glibc 2.0.7 (Red Hat 5.2, for instance) or with glibc 2.1 (Red Hat 6.x, for instance).
