The cron included in Dachstein is the "real deal", and will do all the
fancy stuff cron on a full disto will.  In other words, you can have
per-user cron-tabs in /var/spool/cron/crontabs/.  You should be able to
create a new user specifically for running your blind software, with a
crontab that's writable by sh-httpd.

LEAF FAQ for how to add users, and general linux info on administering
permissions for users & groups.
