I read about that in the proxyarp documentation, I thought it meant my "DSL
Router".
I did reset mine, but not the one at the ISP level as I do not have access
to it :-)

If my ISP is unable/unwilling to flush the ARP, how long would it take for
the ISPs
router to flush the arp without any user intervention?

I am guessing if it's not too long I can switch out the nics again and just
wait out the
time to see if it works...
