I am not sure it this is the best solution... on a full distro, I would
definitely advise against it.
For some reason, in RC3 the sh-httpd username is moved from the "adm"
group as in RC2 to a different group. I am not sure why this change was
made, but either altering the savelog command to include that group or
adding sh-httpd to the "adm" group in /etc/group would make more sense
than allowing all groups to read the logfiles.
