Trying to use nslookup from your router.

Use it, or "dig", from your linux workstation.  You may find some lrp
packages containing either of these programs at the leaf website, but most
people don't put them on routers because they take up scarce disk space,
and my offer an intruder additional tools in a location that doesn't need
them.
