If you're planning to use SSH-Sentinel or the built-in Windows IPSec
client, you'll have to enable x.509 certificate support.  To do this,
load both ipsec.lrp *AND* ipsec509.lrp (note that ipsec is listed as a
requirement for ipsec509 in the README file on the CD).

Also, make sure ipsec509 is listed *AFTER* ipsec in the lrpkg.cfg file,
for everything to work properly.
