RAM disk size is set in syslinux.cfg or isolinux.cfg, I think.
All those applications will also require "core" memory.
You have to look at "df" and "free" to figure out if you need more memory.
You may also have large log files if some of these packages are too
verbose. You may well need to increase the size of your ramdisk, but
you will have to review the various ways your system is using ram and how
much you have now before any decision on adding ram would be warranted.
I would guess you would need more than the usual 16M for a box with that
many features.
