Hi Ray and Co., Hey Ray, I'm hoping you may have "hit the nail on the head". When I boot Bering, and ps ax...there is no dhcpd entry or any reference to eth1. When I boot my working Dachstein and repeat the process, I see a reference to both eth0 and eth1 and references to dhclient and dhcpd. So apparently the Bering dhcp daemon isn't starting if I understand this correctly, which explains why the LAN isn't getting ip addresses??? Thank you...I hoping you or someone can tell me what to do to solve this $64,000 question. Thank you.
