Disclaimer: I am NOT an grsecurity export...or even close...read
on at your own risk. ;)

As I understand it, this messages is just grsecurity reporting that
there was a segmentation fault while running sed under linuxrc.  I
don't think grsecurity is involved beyond the fact that it noticed
the signal and is logging it.

My guess, based on the fact that the problem is sporadic, is that
it is a hardware issue.  Possibly a bad floppy or faulty RAM.  If
it is possible to replace either of those easily, you might do so
and see if the problem disappears.
